Crucial Conversations Circle

We can all identify the conversations that matter most to us in our business, the conversations that really make a difference to our customers and staff. With clients, it may be an initial consultation or presenting the results of our work. With staff, it may be giving difficult feedback, explain a new strategy, a recruitment interview or a performance management discussion.

Our crucial conversations circle is a small group of local business people who meet regularly to share the crucial conversations they need to have and plan how they will go about them. Each person brings a crucial conversation for the group to help with – and there is also coaching and expert advice from our facilitator. Participants say it’s like having a business coach but at a fraction of the cost and with more of a sense of mutual support.
