Recent work has included:
- Standard Setters’ forum. Worked with an international team to help them design and run a two day workshop for 80 Accounting Standard Setters from around the world – to give them an opportunity to input into and be involved in the development of the Standards and to create a network to support Standards’ implementation.
- Professional services merger. Designed and facilitated an 80 people “unconference” as part of a merger between two professional services firms.
- Customer service strategy day. Designed a conference for 180 people to help bring together two teams from different part of an organisation to share ideas and make plans to build a more joined up and customer focused service offering.
